Hopedale project


Hopedale property comprising 1,832 claims in three blocks covering 458 square kilometres of the Hunt River and Florence Lake greenstone belts both of which are under-explored for gold.


30 kilometres southwest of the community of Hopedale in eastern Labrador.


Claims are just 30 km from the coastal community of Hopedale which has daily air service from Happy Valley-Goose Bay. The eastern portion of the Florence Lake greenstone belt lies along tidewater.


Exploration targeting greenstone-hosted gold mineralization associated with altered fesic volcanic and ultramafic rocks. Gold in soil anomalies found over a 40km strike length of the Florence Lake Greenstone Belt. Gold mineralization outlined over 3km strike length in the Thurber Dog area with values up to 7.87 g/t Au and 3.97 g/t Au over 5m in a quartz-carbonate vein. Under-explored Florence Lake and Hunt River greenstone belts are similar to belts elsewhere in Canada and the world.


Option to earn 100%, subject to cash payment, share issuance and 2% net smelter return royalty.
